• Keys: Faculty members from outside the Physics department that need keys to classrooms may obtain these keys from the Physics office, Rm. 404. All other keys are issued by Robert Sproul in Rm. 508. All Faculty, visiting faculty, postdocs,, staff, graduate, and undergraduate students must complete an information/signout form before keys are issued. Keys for selected advanced laboratories are issued to undergraduates on a semester-by-semester basis. All keys issued to undergraduates must be returned at the end of each semester.
• TA offices:  Office space for Teaching Assistants is assigned on a seniority basis.
• IP Addresses: All new 32 and 33 subnet internet protocol addresses are assigned and coordinated by Robert Sproul, Rm. 508. Research groups within the department may have groups of addresses allotted. Please contact Robert Sproul for further information.
