Faculty Position in Theoretical Physics
The University of South Carolina expects to make a faculty appointment in the area of theoretical physics with the Foundations of Quantum Theory Group (Profs. Yakir Aharonov and Pawel Mazur). We seek to fill this position at the tenure-track assistant professor level starting August 16, 2006. We are especially interested in candidates with research interest in quantum field theory, classical theory of gravitation, quantum aspects of gravitation and cosmology.
